Step 1: Emergency Pre-Cleaning
The first step is a critical one, in which we immediately work to protect your valuables. We clean contents, from valuable chandeliers to your bathroom fixtures, and follow up with ultrasonic and ozone deodorization. If necessary, a protective coating may be applied to prevent harmful caustic acids from permanently destroying valuable finishes.

Step 2: Removal of Smoke and Soot
We quickly eliminate all signs of smoke and soot, caused by fire damage to your home or your business. Fast and proper cleaning will protect your home and personal belongings from further damages due to caustic, acidic soot. If your personal items are not cleaned within twenty-four hours after a fire, some permanent damages may occur.

Step 3: Elimination of Smoke Odor
Firstly, we remove the source of smoke and soot, which is the primary method used for odor removal. Some other methods, such as thermal fogging, ozoning, etc., may be used when necessary. If odor removal from structural components is impossible, sealing with pigmented lacquer may be used.
